Our Estate Sale Process

Setup

We will provide you with a professional and organized set-up—organized items sell better. We’ll arrange and price the items for the sale at market value to ensure your items are sold and create a flow for the sale to encourage more sales!

Sale Days

We arrive one to two hours before the sale to do a last minute walk-through and hand out numbers to customers. Our managers and sales associates will write tickets to track transactions, help the customers with questions and keep an eye on the stock.
After the sale, reconciliation will be written up of all transactions over $15. Once all the funds are posted to the bank, a check will be cut to you—typically within 5 days but no later than 7 days.
